The Junior Graphic Designer is a creative and detail-oriented professional who supports
the Head of Creative in delivering a wide range of design projects. This role involves
contributing to the visual identity of the company. across various platforms, including paid
social ads, organic social content, packaging, website design, and other creative outlets.
The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the development and
execution of design concepts that align with their brand's innovative approach to fashion.
They will work closely with the Head of Creative and other team members to ensure
cohesive and compelling visual communication.
Responsibilities:
Design Execution: The Junior Graphic Designer assists in creating visually appealing designs for paid social ads, organic social content, packaging, website, and other design outlets.
Collaboration: The Junior Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Head of Creative, collaborating with other team members to deliver consistent and on-brand visual content.
Concept Development: The Junior Graphic Designer contributes to brainstorming sessions and helps develop design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies.
Content Creation: The Junior Graphic Designer produces high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance the visual appeal of our marketing and communication materials.
Revisions and Feedback: The Junior Graphic Designer incorporates feedback from the Head of Creative and other stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
Trend Awareness: The Junior Graphic Designer stays up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure the company's visuals remain fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media graphics, packaging, and web design.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
