Junior Graphic Designer

A well established retail business is seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer (Durban-based) for an on-site role at our support centre. The graphic designer will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing various design projects to support our retail activity. If you are passionate about visual design and communication and like to tackle challenges that require both creativity and analytical thinking, then you may be interested in applying.RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Demonstrated ability to design and execute creative concepts that align with branding strategiesExcellent organisational and time-management skills to multitask multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesStrong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skillsMeticulous attention to detailA portfolio with demonstrable abilities in branding, marketing, and other design projectsA degree or diploma in graphic design / visual communication is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are able to show proof of your creative ability and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite through your portfolio.Key responsibilitiesProvide support to the marketing team in the form of creating required marketing material. So, you have got to be a team player.Bring fresh ideas and creative trends into our team.Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials.
