Your contributions will be vital in enhancing and maintaining the application, with a continuous focus on improvement and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the 24/7 Response Centre to ensure seamless support for app users.Take initiative to improve app functionality and user experience.Required Qualifications:2-4 years of proven development experience.Relevant degree, diploma, or certifications, ideally in Computer Science.Strong knowledge of modern technologies and Business Intelligence.Solid understanding of multi-tier software and database design.Experience with Agile software development, particularly in call centres and logistics.
