Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
* Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our optometry services.
* Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
* Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure efficient workflow.

* Balanced trading hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00
o Fridays: 08:00 to 18:00
o Saturdays: 08:00 to 16:00
