DescriptionConsult with Investec clients in order to compile quotes and issue domestic flight and land bookings, whilst delivering out of the ordinary client service.
Upsell clients on hotels, car hire as needed.
The role also entails working closely with the online ticketing team to manage all support functions related to online tickets including special requests and schedule changes.

Experience, skill and capability Minimum 2 years domestic air ticketing experience ideally in a leisure travel environment.
Corporate experienced consultants may apply too (Leisure focus of the role is very different though)Amadeus GDS Proficiency – at least 2 years' experience and currently using Amadeus.Ability to book and service NDC bookings through Amadeus NDCx and other providers eg Verteil / Thomalex and othersAbility to reissue tickets (voluntary and involuntary) and refund tickets on Amadeus GDSAptitude for internal IT and CRM systems (training will be provided on internal systems)Proactive approach to travel (, schedule changes / airline grounding, weather / meticulous daily queue management)Anticipating client's challenges and proactively solvingAttention to detail with a high level of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOwnership, Accountability & Responsibility Investec Culture At Investec we look for intelligent, energetic people filled with passion, integrity and curiosity.
