Job Description
JUNIOR FINANCIAL PRODUCT CONSULTANT - Store Channel
Division: Tubatse Crossing Mall
WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES
MAIN PURPOSE
To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customers through the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting their selling activities and optimizing store and customer relationships in line with sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with business strategies, policies and procedures.
Manage personal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance measures.
Compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans, highlight operational risks and controls and escalate to Regional Sales Manager.
Integrate with ROG and manage customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets.
Present weekly portfolio performance to Team Leader, including:

Producing accurate and timeous communication, reports and figures on FS product sales results pertaining to increased customer base in the store and outside promotion environment.
Provide accurate communication on the operational activities within the store sales environment.

Assist the change process when improvements on products, processes and systems are implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

Strong Sales focus and the ability to effect good relationships with people.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Matric

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least 2 years Sales and/or marketing experience is essential.
