Junior Financial ManagerAs a Junior Financial Manager at Wiehahn Group, a prominent property developer renowned for creating luxurious apartments and upscale plots on golf estates, you'll spearhead financial operations within our thriving property and rental industry.
Your role will involve overseeing group management accounting, guiding audits, managing cash flow intricacies, and collaborating closely with our property management team to ensure seamless financial management.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverseeing group management accounting for various entitiesConducting accounting tasks and related processingReviewing monthly trial balances and preparing management accountsManaging audits, including year-end journal reviewsReviewing and approving VAT reconciliationsAssisting with accounting and audit queriesManaging cash flow, including payment reviews and schedulingHandling bond payments, intergroup funding/payments, and cross-billingManaging tenant arrears and liaising with the property management team for maintenance budgetingDesired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldAccreditation is advantageousMinimum of 5 years of experienceEssential experience in the property or rental industryProficiency in MDA is preferredPackage & RemunerationMarket-relatedInterested?If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for finance and seek an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this role.
