M-Sure is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Junior Financial Manager. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Finance Team.

Position Overview
M-Sure is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager: Operations to contribute to and implement our strategy, lead people, improve systems, establish policies, and reduce risk. This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our goals and grow the M-Sure business. The successful incumbent will be comfortable with change, be proactive and frequently generate new ideas.
This role will report directly to the Financial Director.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for both accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
Implement strategy and set goals for business growth
Maintain budgets and optimise expenses
Set business policies and processes
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Review and motivate new clients in line with credit risk guidelines, controls, and Policies
Direct the employee assessment process
Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Maintain strategic relationships with executives and management teams
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business
Improve the capacity of the department by improving operational efficiencies
Development of team members through regular training and mentorship
Manage talent and succession planning
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Prepare and manage monthly and annual report submissions and present these to the Motus Mobility Solutions team
Qualifications and Experience
Relative Business bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least +5 years' experience in a leadership role in a similar environment
Proven experience as a finance manager
Experience with ERP system migration (preferable)
Articles experience (preferable)
Skills and Personal Attributes
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Excellent planning and budgeting skills

Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
Problem-solving attitude
Strong analytical ability and experience in analysing large data sets and interpreting the data
