Portland Group is looking for a full-time JUNIOR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR (CREDITORS) at our group of companies. Our office is situated outside Durbanville on the Vissershok Road.The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful, with strict deadlines that must be met. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill this full-time role.This position reports directly to the Financial Manager and involves assisting with various creditors-related tasks.Key Responsibilities:Process bank statements for various entitiesReconcile bank accounts regularlyIssue order numbers as requiredReceive and review delivery notes, ensuring they match purchase orders, invoices, and signed quotes; address any discrepanciesCapture supplier invoices using AugToolReconcile supplier accountsFollow up on missing invoices and communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepanciesHandle intercompany invoicingManage petty cash, including processing, preparing payments, and allocating fundsUpdate Airtable with supplier BBBEE certificatesMinimum Requirements:Strong communication skillsMatric qualificationProfessionalism with the ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to other softwareMinimum of 3 years of relevant experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsOwn transportValid work referencesOwn transport is a non-negotiable requirement.If you do not meet the above criteria, please do not apply.
