Junior Financial Accountantbookkeeper

Our client is in search for a Junior Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper to assist in maintaining accurate financial records preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Assist senior accountants and handle various accounting tasks such as journal entries account reconciliations and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining Financial Records: Record daily transactions in accounting systems and update financial data accurately. Preparing Financial Statements: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial reports and statements. Compliance: Ensure all financial reports comply with government regulations and standards. Bank Reconciliation: Perform and maintain records of bank and account reconciliations. Assisting in Audits: Support senior accountants in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Required Skills: Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail for managing financial records. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office especially Excel. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and prepare reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Proven experience as a junior accountant or in a similar role. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Competency in MS Office databases and accounting software.
