Familiarity with any of the following systems: Athena, SAGE 3. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and enter journals accurately. Correct any postings that have been incorrectly processed. Prepare monthly/bi-monthly VAT returns and submit them. Maintain VAT reconciliation between VAT returns and financial statements. Reconcile various balance sheet accounts. Process accounting data efficiently. Submit advertising claims as required. Prepare monthly schedules of figures for management accounts.
