To engage and lead the development and implementation of processes, systems and controls in the Finance area. Prepare the review of Financial Statements and commentary to relevant stakeholders.Assume responsibility for Finance work streams within various project committees and ensure all Finance impacts have been considered and implemented within deadline. Analyze and explain the impact of business activities on total costs. Review, approve and understand substantiation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Deliver on ad hoc requests from Group Finance and Business in a timeous manner.Maintain key financial controls over the monitoring and reporting of trial balance. Complete analytical investigations on a continuous basis as well as ad hoc projects. Execute all aspects relating to the annual Budgeting process and Revised Estimates. Report monthly results on a timeous basis, in an accepted manner to Group Finance and business.Implement financial reporting per initiative views for expenditure for business partners. Review, report and monitor on a monthly basis to the business, including volume and headcount information for business and finance partners. Understand the cost impact to the internal customers over the next three years.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: DiplomaField of Study: Finance and AccountingExperience RequiredFinance Business PartneringFinance & Value ManagementMinimum of 2 years Experience in Financial Management in a Banking Environment, with formal knowledge in SAP and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
