Junior Finance Manager

My client is seeking a motivated Junior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversee financial accounting Drive business growth and monitor performance Ensure finance governance and continuous improvement Deliver insightful financial reporting for decision-making Present management accounts to group executives Implement efficient month-end finalization processes Manage cost-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with group reporting timelines and standards Oversee working capital management, including debtor and supplier relationships Understand and manage capex requirements and reporting Conduct yearly financial audits and tax calculations Prepare budgets and forecasts for timely submission Engage with and train finance staff, driving team performance Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Drive Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) Review and approve payroll reports Ensure statutory compliance Provide insights into manufacturing and product costing Facilitate the import process Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance related Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles is non-negotiable 5 years' experience with 2 years in a management/leadership role Strong leadership and analytical skills
