Debtors Support:Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices.Follow up on customer payments and address basic inquiries.Support the reconciliation of customer accounts under supervision.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate recording of debtor transactions.2. Creditors Support:Aid in processing supplier invoices and verifying accuracy.Assist in reconciling supplier statements with guidance.Learn to maintain positive relationships with suppliers.Support the preparation of payment batches.Input and classify financial transactions into the appropriate ledger.Assist in maintaining organized financial records.Learn to generate basic reports and statements.Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures.4.
