Junior Finance Administrator (Debtors And Creditors Support)

Job Overview: As a Junior Finance Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the accounting department by assisting in the management of financial transactions related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Debtors Support: Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
Follow up on customer payments and address basic inquiries.
Support the reconciliation of customer accounts under supervision.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate recording of debtor transactions.
Creditors Support: Aid in processing supplier invoices and verifying accuracy.
Assist in reconciling supplier statements with guidance.
Learn to maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Support the preparation of payment batches.
Financial Record Keeping: Input and classify financial transactions into the appropriate ledger.
Assist in maintaining organized financial records.
Learn to generate basic reports and statements.
Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures.
