Junior Facilities Manager- Residential Estate

We are looking for a proactive Junior Facilities Manager with experience in managing residential estates to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the estate. You will assist in budgeting, implementing operational policies, and addressing resident concerns to maintain a safe and well-functioning environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the residential estate. Coordinate with service providers and manage vendor contracts. Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Address resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting on operational performance. Qualifications: Experience in residential estate management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
