QualificationMatricAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsRequirements1 - 2 Years' experience in preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.Experience in identifying labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, and related documents.Experience within industrial ceramic products advantageous.Computer literate on MS Office and Google Mail.A high level of numeracy with good attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.Valid drivers license.DutiesDetermine costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.Provide statistics on quotes done per month and success rate.Ensure that the customer receives a proper quotation to place an order.Contact customers for technical information as needed for quoting purposes.Market intelligence.Assist in project planning.Assist with NetSuite data capturing, generate an order acknowledgement.Assist in invoicing and delivery notes for dispatch.
