IntroductionAs a Junior Business Analyst / Digital Specialist, you would be required to have an understanding of the Digital Climate, and how this can support different business processes within CCI. As a specialist specifically you would be supporting with various different functions, starting off with supporting some of our Human Capital elements. Having an understanding of various HRMS solutions such as Sage, Oracle, Workday, or CRM solutions such as SAP would be key to developing and maintaining our Digital solutions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReviewing and supporting improvements on existing business processes within these solutions.Support with the creation of solution proposals that positively impact overall business goals of clients and prospective clients.Collaborate with key stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital tools.Analyze statistical and performance feedback of programs to make recommendations for improvements.Work according to standard guidelines and accepted work practices/norms; level of responsibilities can be heightened as required.Support with the strategic plans (12 months – 36 months) enterprise-wide initiatives, as directed by Head of Digital and Management Executive.Communicate project/program schedules, updates, and expectations clearly to participants and stakeholders.Foster open communication channels to address business questions and concerns.Ensure all Digital tools and processes comply with relevant Data Privacy and Security Regulations.Implement measures to safeguard sensitive Data and Information.Strong Governance adherence on all projects and business processes.Conduct training sessions to familiarize key staff and employees with new digital tools and systems.Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective utilization of digital solutions.Previous experience in directly managing a team, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide individuals towards achieving common goals.Proven success in cultivating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and high performance.Desired Experience & QualificationTertiary education or equivalent NQF level >6.Certification and/or 3+ years of work experience in Business Analytics.Experience designing, implementing, or integrating with CRMs/HRMSs and/or software implementation or coding experience.3+ years' experience in a technical department as a Subject Matter Expert within contact center or corporate environments.Experience of working with, scoping of, and demonstrating CRM or HRMS solutions with a strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and emerging HR technologies.Strong working knowledge of DevOps, data science, and AI.Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable IT security policies, protocols, and frameworks.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Continuous learning mindset to stay current with industry trends.Technological know-how of IT concepts, software standards, as well as database and networking technologies.Ability to understand customers' security needs and articulate a solution with alignment to the IT Security Team.
