In this role, you'll be responsible for the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, working closely with a collaborative team in a supportive environment.The ideal candidate will be Google and Meta certified, with a solid understanding of various digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).Google Certified.Meta/Facebook Certified.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Proficiency in digital advertising tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Polar Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to enhance ad targeting and campaign performance.Support the creation of compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that align with the brand's messaging and drive user engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Collaborate with the Digital Ads team to implement A/B testing strategies, optimizing ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters for better performance.Stay informed about the latest digital advertising trends, ad formats, targeting options, and algorithm updates, contributing innovative ideas to improve campaign results.Assist in managing and optimizing ad budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets for campaigns.Learn and use digital advertising and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager, for reporting and optimization.Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a positive attitude.Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
