Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design: Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website graphics, banners, ads, brochures & catalogues, and presentations. Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to create compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Edit and enhance images, videos, and other media assets to ensure high-quality visual output (as provided by HQ). Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brands visual identity fresh and modern. Be competent on known design tools. 2. Social Media Coordination: Work in collaboration with the digital manager to develop, implement and manage the companys social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (in line with the marketing strategy). Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with the target audience (in line with the marketing strategy). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user engagement in a timely and professional manner (this will be achieved alongside the community management team). Analyse social media performance metrics and report back to digital marketing manager & work to adjust strategies to improve (reach, engagement, and conversion). Investigate routes to collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand presence. Requirements Bachelor's degree or certificate in graphic design with a min of 1 year experience. Experience in an internship or entry-level graphic design role strongly preferred Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign and other graphic design applications. Familiarity with social media management tools (eg Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Buffer etc) Attention to detail Must be able to multi-task across projects. Must work well in a team & communicate effectively. Organised and self-motivated- as this is a small team (locally) a go-getter and forward thinker is necessary.
