Meet empowered professionals to partner with, befriend, and stretch your skills alongside.Junior Demand Planner – Your Future Position?As a member of the SAMEA Regional Demand Planning Team, you will build a consensus demand plan for the next 24 months at regional level, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (sales, customer care, supply chain). Identify trends, research demand drivers and analyze demand alerts in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting excellence in execution and enabling superior customer experiences.In this role you will:Review historical data and trends, research demand drivers in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain and customer service.Capture, analyse and update forecast in the system (DP toolkit) in order to achieve and improve KPI´s (Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias).Communicate with Operations and Commercial departments (with internal and external customers).Monitor business evolution (Losses, Wins) and manage early warning process, including material/capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning).Identify and implement opportunities for forecast improvement.Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices and get the correct parameterization of the system (DP toolkit) to provide accurate information for optimal planning.Prepare and execute the monthly demand review with sales.You?Are you a self-motivated individual with confidence to drive results, who thrives in a multi-cultural diverse environment where you can express your ideas freely?
