Our client based in Montague Gardens requires an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who is ready to take on an exciting role where you will be involved in managing sales processes, coordinating with clients to arrange deliveries and setting up of events.
This role will require a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
Salary: R15k – R20k dependent on experience.
Requirements:
Matric
1 year experience in customer service
Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully
Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Management Team
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the event space. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction
Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies
Budgets, costing, compile quotations and tenders for projects
Develop relationships with future key accounts
Addressing and resolving key clients' enquiries or problems
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goal
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their event experiences
