Job title: Junior Company Secretary Administrator Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Junior CoSec Administrator to join our client's Tax & CoSec team. This role is essential in supporting company secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about CoSec administration, demonstrate keen attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Statutory Records: Update and manage statutory records for client companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Manage Annual Returns and Compliance Filings: Handle annual return submissions to CIPC and assist with other compliance-related filings to keep client records up to date. Process Company and Trust Amendments: Coordinate and process company and trust changes with CIPC and DOJ , including registrations, amendments, and deregistrations. Provide Administrative Support for CoSec Unit: Perform administrative tasks within the CoSec Unit , including document preparation, filing, and client correspondence. Assist with Additional Secretarial Services: Support additional company secretarial functions as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients. Key Requirements: Qualifications: A diploma, degree, or certificate in Company Secretarial Administration , Corporate Governance , Business Administration , or a related field. Experience: Junior-level role; some experience in company secretarial work or corporate governance is advantageous but not mandatory. Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; effective communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to work independently and align with team dynamics and culture. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with statutory management systems and software, including GreatSoft (CoSec Modules) for managing statutory information; CIPC website for filing and updating statutory records.
