Junior Commercial Attorney - Boutique Law Firm - Cape Town And Johannesburg

Our client is a leading law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients.
They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Lawyer to their team in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with prestigious South African, UK, and European clients in a dynamic and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Review, assess, and negotiate commercial contracts.
Provide practical legal advice and solutions in client-facing situations.
Apply commercial law expertise to assist in various legal matters.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients to address legal issues effectively.
Qualifications and Experience: LLB, Admitted Attorney 1 - 2 years post-qualification experience in commercial law.
Proven experience in reviewing, assessing, and negotiating contracts.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to apply legal knowledge practically.
A strong academic record is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a practical understanding of commercial law.
