This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizational development and have a strong foundation in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting change initiatives, analysing organizational needs, and ensuring effective implementation of change strategies across various departments.
Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement within the organization.
Analyse the impact of proposed changes on various teams and stakeholders.
Gather and interpret data to inform change management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and understanding of change initiatives.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and training sessions to stakeholders at all levels.
Support the development and execution of change management plans.
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Maintain thorough documentation of change processes, including plans, reports, and stakeholder feedback.
Prepare regular updates for senior management on the status and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Assist in creating training materials and resources to support employees through change.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals during the transition process.
Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
Proven track record of supporting change initiatives in a corporate or organizational setting.
