Our retailer and supplier relationships are key to our success,  nurturing and growing your account relationship is critical to your success.
Leveraging market insights and negotiation skills, you'll secure unbelievable deals while ensuring exceptional product quality. Bursting with energy and creativity, you thrive in hitting KPIs autonomously, always eager to learn and grow.
Primary Responsibilities: Sourcing and developing products aligned to each brand identityCultivate strong relationships with all existing customers ensuring high sales and becoming their go-to source for all the product needs.Building consistency within our brands ensuring a strong brand identity within the marketplaceKeeping your finger on pulse, always looking for innovation and opportunitiesBuild a base of best-in-class manufacturers/suppliers to create world class productA Master negotiator securing the best possible price to meet our internal targets as well as our customers requirements with room for killer deals on our marketplace platformsNurture internal relationships, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business ensuring a seamless flow of communication across the business Be accountable for all tasks relating to your role to ensure successKPI driven, hit those sales targets with gusto!Perks: High-energy work environment.Monthly team-building events (surfing, anyone?).Opportunities for growth and learning.Requirements: Proven experience in product development and sourcingProven experience in sourcing or buying (homeware experience preferred).Killer negotiation and communication skills.Highly organised, efficient with a fanatical attention to detailSelf-motivated: You are results driven and take ownership of your workKeen learner: Always looking to learn and growExcel and G-Suite wizard.Adaptable.
