Junior Buyer RivoniaA well-established client seeks a Junior Buyer with 1-3 years of experience. Must have experience with sourcing technical products in the Engineering / Oil and Gas industry. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.Position type: 12-month fixed term contract onlySalary: Market-RelatedStart date: Immediately / ASAPMinimum RequirementsMatricProcurement qualification will be an advantageProficient in Microsoft OfficeSAP or similarExperience with technical productsExperience in the Engineering / Oil and Gas industryKey DutiesGeneral Procurement:Compile and issue requests for quotations and tenders to suppliers and service providers.Adjudicate and evaluate the quotations based on price, deliverables, quality, and payment structures, and negotiate with the selected suppliers and/or service providers.Produce and administrate purchase orders.Other relevant procurement-related tasks as and when requested by the department head.Project ProcurementAssist with the preparation, optimisation, and organisation of all procurement activities on a customer project/order.Assist with identification and sourcing of project-related suppliers and service providers.Assist with contract and/or purchasing negotiations and risk evaluations.Prepare commercial bid evaluations to record award decisions on purchasing activities.Please apply online.FROGG Recruitment
