Minimum Requirement Grade 12Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite Customer service orientatedMinimum one year experience in buying / procurement Role will involve administrative support to the Senior Buyer, duties will include:QC Internal Inspection ReportsReceive and ensure that reports are obtaineed from suppliersEnsure the report is correct opposite the reference documentReceive green seal/retention samples from production batches, label sample with batch code and store securelyPrepare sample parcels for customersOrder trackingFollow up with suppliers to ensure planned ETDs are on trackFollow up with suppliers on outstanding quotes, samples etc.Escalate any delaysFill in new item listing forms for customers using fact sheet and fileFill in new item spec sheetsSyspro new item loading formsCapture new item information from fact sheet (Dimensions, pack sizes, prices, barcodes)Raise POs when required
