CTR Construction are looking for a Junior Buyer for a Drylining sub-contractor based in East London.

The RoleOur client is looking for a Junior Buyer to assist Directors and Commercial Management on Drylining projects across London and the South East.
This is a full-time office-based role supporting the team with the negotiation and purchasing of materials. You will be expected to:

Work out ways in which the business can reduce spend and achieve cost savings
Order materials from takeoffs provided to you by the Estimators/Surveyors
Negotiate to ensure the most competitive price is always achieved
Manage budgets
Build relationships with the site teams

About YouDue to the location of the role, you must be located in London or Essex.
Ideally, you will have some Buying experience within a sub-contract environment. Use of Sage or equivalent software is essential.
They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Buying, has great organization and negotiation skills, and has a strong and stable CV.
