New client acquisition• Research ECM product fit• Develop a pitch to present to prospective clients• Demonstration of ECM product• Scope of Work/POC/POA• Close ? Number of new clients2.
Implementation of ECM product• New scope/POA based on above POC• Develop• Train• Implement• Ongoing support? Turn-around-time as agreed with by all parties noted in the POA3.
