As a Junior Business Applications Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business application requests and resolving system issues. Your responsibilities will include coordinating technology projects, assisting teams with project planning and delivery, and providing exceptional customer service through initial assessments, diagnoses, and troubleshooting of application issues. You will also support the Business Analyst with business requests and process streamlining.
