Reference: 9636 NB Consultant: NineBroodrykJob Description:Set up and maintain sustainability performance indicator calculations, emission factors, etc. on online products.Design, develop and maintain PowerBI reports and datalinks.Fault finding and bug testing.Track and analyse key user engagement metrics such as time spent using the tool, feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction scores.Report on user success data to the Product Success Lead and other stakeholders, providing insights to guide future product development decisions.In collaboration with the Client Success team, gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, user testing sessions, etc.Analyse user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product improvement.Monitor new features to understand their technical implications and potential benefits.Project management.Qualifications:A genuine passion for sustainability with an appropriate level of understanding and knowledge of carbon emissions measurement, life cycle assessment, sustainability indicators and the broader climate change debate.Undergraduate or post-graduate degree.Work experience will be an advantage.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Strong understanding of online platforms and databases.Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with people from diverse backgrounds.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.Excellent English verbal & written skills.Drive to satisfy client needs, conscientious, willing to go the extra mile.Adaptable, excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Ability to work independently, self-starter and initiative-taker.Have a valid SA driver's license and own transport.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
