You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and assist in implementing solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance business operations.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.Support: Provide support to senior business analysts in project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating activities.Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Training: Support the development and delivery of training materials for end-users.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
