Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the business analysis team in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and assist in implementing solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance business operations.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.Support: Provide support to senior business analysts in project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating activities.Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Training: Support the development and delivery of training materials for end-users.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
