You will be responsible for developing the Business requirements specifications and other associated documents as per the project management methodology.
You will need to perform testing of solutions and work with 3rd party vendors to develop and maintain the solution.
You will be expected to perform project management activities and provide quality control of work done.
Job requirements: Conduct in-depth business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and automation.
Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine complex business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable technical specifications for development teams.
Manage and deliver projects that are assigned to you timeously and according to requirements Manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
Ensure proper communication between stakeholders Work collaboratively with developers and testers to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation, System requirements specifications and any other documentation that is required as part of the project methodology.
Create user stories, flowcharts, and other visual aids to effectively communicate complex requirements.
Identify solution and innovative approaches for your managements consideration.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's business analysis capabilities.
Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in business analysis.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering optimal solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Experience working within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology.
Proficiency in business process modelling methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
Experienced in project management Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
