Junior Business Analyst

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 12 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales environment. Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous. Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with Power BI for report and dashboard creation. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, MS Access, and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with data visualization best practices is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Preferred Skills: Experience with data modelling and database design. Knowledge of DAX for Power BI calculations. Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
