Junior Building Assessor Required In Building Industry

We are a building company specializing in the insurance industry.
All our work involves insurance claims.
We are looking to employ a dynamic young and vibrant matriculant with excellent math results to be trained as a junior assessor. You will be going to claims on a daily basis in all areas over the Western Cape assessing works, doing quotes/estimates, and ascertaining if claims are valid.
The required training will be provided, but it is essential that candidates have knowledge and experience in the building industry. The individual must be professional and bilingual in both English and Afrikaans.
The following are requirements. Applicants will not be considered if the following are not provided:

Valid driver's license
Matric certificate + additional qualifications or certificates from tertiary institutions
Police clearance (no criminal records)
Detailed CV with building experience
Valid references and contact numbers for all previous employment

Candidates must be proactive, able to multitask, and work in a high-pressure environment ensuring that deadlines are met. They must be well-spoken, presentable, able to prioritize, and use initiative when required. Candidates must also be able to work in a team and independently.
