Procurement and suppliers:
Responsible for processing and follow up of primary source documents (supplier invoices, credit notes and payments)Have a basic understanding and awareness of the Group's policies, procedures and Levels of Authority regarding goods and services procuredMaintains the key relationship with the finance department of suppliers and follows up outstanding issuesResponsible for filing all supporting documentationAssists in other areas where requiredGeneral accounting records and reconciliations:
Prepares cash books and bank reconciliationsMaintains the fixed assets registers including the tagging and location verification of assetsPrepares other reconciliation schedules for routine/simple account balancesResponsible for ensuring that the primary source documents are correctly reflected in the accounting recordsAssists where requested by the accountant with intercompany transaction schedules and confirmationsAssists in other areas where requiredManagement information:
