Salary: R10 000 to R12 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (preferably Quickbooks)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Key Performance Areas:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions for the group entities
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents
• Work together with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monthly VAT reconciliation and submission
• Monthly EMP submission
