Junior Bookkeeper

PMB based manufacturing concern are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
Skills required:Proficient in MS Office.
Accsys and Syspro would be beneficialGeneral understanding of main accounting principles - accruals, revenue etcEffective verbal and written communication skillsHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailQualifications:Minimum - ICB - Certificate in Bookkeeping2+ years bookkeeping experience in the manufacturing industryExperience in supporting payroll processingStrong accounting knowledgeResponsibilities and duties:Preparing and processing journal entriesFiling source documentsPerforming monthly GL reconciliationsPerforming payroll admin duties, including ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirementsMaintaining and updating fixed asset registerProcessing supplier invoices and performing creditor reconciliations monthlyPreparing monthly VAT return workingsAssisting with external audits and other financial reporting requirements Suitable applications can be emailed to ****** Note:  Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
