The role requires proficiency in Sage and Ghost Practice, with a focus on timely and accurate financial reporting. You will be working independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth financial operations within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial records; Process invoices, receipts, and payments; Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records; Utilise Sage and Ghost Practice software for financial management; Assist with financial reporting and compliance tasks; Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a legal firm Proficiency in Sage and Ghost Practice software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment
