Junior Bookkeeper

Our Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and be eager to contribute to our financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to date financial records.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices,and receipts.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file necessary tax returns.
Adhere to accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma in accounting or related field.
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or similar role.
Proficiency in Pastel Sage (must have experience and certification )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to complete tasks timorously
Keep an accurate filing system.
