Junior Attorney

Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Home Loans Litigation Department.Provide legal representation and advice on home loan disputes.Handle case preparation, drafting of legal documents, and court appearances.Liaise with clients and manage their expectations throughout the litigation process.Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain detailed records of case developments.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience.Experience in home loans litigation or property law is advantageous.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
