Seeking a driven Junior Assistant Store Manager to assist in overseeing all aspects of the store's operations.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and maintaining operational excellence. Minimum Requirements: A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)2 or more years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced, high-turnover environmentStrong leadership skillsTechnologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutionsProven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiencesSolid understanding of retail operationsDuties and Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and developmental targetsEnsure outstanding customer experiences and address feedback effectivelyOversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standardsAnalyze performance data and provide strategic recommendationsCollaborate across teams to align with business objectivesMaintain compliance with policies while driving innovation and efficiencyPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
