Junior Assistant Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Assistant Project Manager who is ready to dive into exciting projects and develop their skills in project coordination, utilities management, and reporting. Working closely with a Project Manager, youll be key to the smooth running of projects on the ground, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and accuracy in financial auditing. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and monitoring projects, ensuring efficient utility auditing and billing reconciliation Collect and analyse municipal invoices and support the ranking of facilities based on utility payments Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and update Excel workbooks with key project data Collaborate with technical teams and support documentation tracking Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, with exposure to utility management or project management Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Desirable: Qualification in business administration or project management EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
