Equites is seeking a Junior Asset Manager, capable of performing effective asset management of logistics and industrial properties.
COMPANY PROFILE Equites Property Fund Limited is a South African real estate investment trust, with a definite focus on being a market leader in the logistics property market by developing and acquiring A-grade, modern logistics facilities in prime locations in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Equites listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 18 June 2014 with a portfolio value of R1 billion and has since grown to a portfolio value of R28.4 billion at 29 February 2024.

Assist with all matters relating to acquisitions, disposals & renewalsImplementation of sales and leasesReview property budgetsProvide input on drafting of agreements and reviewAttend tenant meetingsAssist with viewings for Cape Town vacanciesProvide input for the interim and annual external property valuation cyclesReview municipal general valuation rolls and supplementary valuation rolls and provide recommendationsProvide assistance in management of co-ownerships and joint venturesReview Property Owners Association, Body Corporate and CID related documentationReview tenant billing and assist billing department with tenant billing and municipal recons
