This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Financial / Property Financial Degree to join a growing company in Property!Responsibilities:Support to Asset Managers relating to portfolio on operational management and sales/acquisitionsSupport sales and acquisition processes (property fact sheets, feasibilities, and diligence)Operational management and reporting of portfolioManagement of property portfolio through property management teamsIdentification and implementation of capital expenditure measuresCompiling reports for fund manager/investorsBuild and maintain tenant, industry relationships through application of the leaseNegotiation of lease renewals and new leasesAnnual budgeting and monitoring forecasts and expenses
