They work closely with senior art directors, copywriters, and other members of the creative team to develop and execute visual concepts for various advertising and marketing campaigns.
Conceptualization and Visual Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine visual concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs and layouts.
Graphic Design and Artwork: Create and design various marketing materials such as print ads, digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Produce high-quality visual assets that align with the brand's identity and messaging.
Image Selection and Manipulation: Select and edit images, illustrations, and photographs for use in marketing collateral.
Ensure all visual elements are consistent and enhance the overall message of the campaign.
Branding and Identity: Work with the team to maintain and evolve the brand identity across all marketing materials.
Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and standards.
Presentation Skills: Ability to present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with copywriters, senior art directors, designers, and other team members to execute campaigns effectively.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Familiarity with other relevant tools may be required based on specific job requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, conceptual thinking, and technical skills.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internships may be preferred.
