Our client based in Cape Town ( CBD) , in the Beauty Industry is looking for a Junior Area Manager to join their company.Requirements:Proven experience in direct sales and team management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a large team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.Must own a car for travel between store locations.If you are passionate about direct sales and have a knack for motivating teams to achieve outstanding results, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Training: Identify, hire, and train a team of in-store promoters.Team Allocation: Strategically assign promoters to various stores, ensuring optimal coverage.Sales Targets: Motivate and manage the team to meet daily sales targets.Performance Management: Maintain a high-performance environment with a focus on achieving sales every day.Reporting: Hands-on management of sales reports to track and enhance performance.Mobility: Travel between malls as required to oversee operations (a personal vehicle is essential).
