Summary of Key Job Outputs / Key Performance Areas (KPA's):Support customers in the use of the company's products.Perform initial investigation and assign ticket priorities.Resolve tickets yourself using the front end, SQL and other provided tools.Escalate to internal resources where necessary.Follow each ticket through to resolution and ticket closure.Work afterhours standby on a rotational basis as necessary, typically 1-2 weeks per month.Reliability.Commitment.Ability to handle stressful situations and competing demands.Ability to work within a team.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to understand complex systems and problems.Ability to work independently.Experience We're Looking For:Any experience with customer support and support ticketing systems will be beneficial.

Pace & Variety of Activities:Although we are a very supportive team, this could be a stressful environment from time to time and applicants should be able to cope with the pressure of the position and work towards meeting strict deadlines.
This might in some cases require working after hours in order to meet certain pre-defined agreements.
You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams, including account managers, software developers, and testers.You will provide training to customers via remote collaboration tools as required.You may also participate in customer workshops or update sessions.
